| Initial Consultation and Application |

| First Part of Agency Fee The agency fee covers costs associated with recruiting, screening and matching surrogates with intended parents. It also includes support to all parties throughout the process. This fee is due upon parents' initial approval of their carrier. |
$7,500 | |
| Second Part of Agency Fee This fee is due when the medical clinic has approved the carrier for participation in the surrogacy procedure. |
$5,000 | |
| Third Part of Agency Fee This fee is due the first month following a positive pregnancy test. |
$2,500 | |
| Escrow Fee - *Optional This fee is for our management of the disbursement of funds to the carrier. |
