Thank you for considering becoming a surrogate. We know you’re here because you care about others. You know the joy of having a child and want to help those who have struggled to become parents. It is a big commitment and we want to help you with this decision by answering your questions. When you're ready, we're here.
What are the prerequisites to be a surrogate?
You must meet minimum requirements, which include:
How am I matched with intended parents?
Once you are approved, you are ready to be matched. We look at the different personalities involved and how well you will work together. We make sure you have compatible views on critical decisions that may need to be made during pregnancy.
Are there any costs to me?
There are no costs to you. Intended parents cover all the costs of the surrogacy including your personal fees, your legal fees and any uncovered medical expenses.

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have given birth to and raised or be raising a child of your own
- Must be a non-smoker and non-abuser of drugs and alcohol
- Must have medical insurance
What's the next step?
If you meet the above prerequisites, the next step is to complete an application. This will allow us to determine whether you are a good match for our program. If approved, we’ll start the screening process and ask you to:
- Send us your medical records as they relate to previous pregnancies
- Provide us with a copy of your health insurance plan
